Why is my Client Access password not working when clients try to log in on the website?

You can confirm the correct password by checking the Client Access module in editSuite.
For your clients, note that there are two reasons why they might have trouble:

1) The password is case sensitive. Be sure your client is using the appropriate combination of upper and lower case letters
2) Note that some browsers add an extra space to a word when it is copied to the clipboard. If your client is cutting and pasting the password, advise them to try manually typing it.
