PayPal is not receiving the order info when a client purchases prints. What do I need to do?

You must first make sure that you have set up the Shopping Cart to send to PayPal. The PayPal box in the editSuite Shopping Cart module must be checked, and the email address set should be the email address that is associated with your PayPal account.
If your clients still report that they are not being taken to paypal.com to submit payment, also note that pop-up blockers may be preventing the new window (for paypal.com) from opening.
