editSuite Help - How do I use the Name Portfolios and Libraries module?

You can use this module to update to manage your Portfolios and Libraries. This module is found in the "EDIT CONTENT" tab from your editSuite.

ADDING A PORTFOLIO OR LIBRARY

  • Mouse over the Portfolio Bar/Library Bar. An Add Portfolio/Add Library button will appear.




  • Select the Add Portfolio/Add Library button. The Add Portfolio/Add Library window will appear. 




  • Type the name of the new portfolio/library in the dialog box. Click Add. The new portfolio/library will appear in the list.
  • Click Save. 


RENAMING A PORTFOLIO OR LIBRARY

  •  Select the portfolio/library that you want to rename. 




  • Click the Rename button. The Rename dialog box will appear. 




  • Type in the new name and click Rename.
  • Click Save. 


DELETING A PORTFOLIO OR LIBRARY

  • Select the portfolio/library that you want to delete. 




  • Click the Delete button. The warning dialog box will appear. 




  • Click Yes to delete the portfolio/library.
  • Click Save


REORDERING PORTFOLIOS AND LIBRARIES 

  • Select the portfolio/library that you want to reorder.
  • Click the up arrow to move the portfolio/library up, the down arrow to move the portfolio/library down. 




  • Click Save when you are done reordering.
