Why is my Email Management module not working? *** This post and feature is only applicable for users who created a liveBooks account before 08.06.2015

If your professional website is still in the free trial period your email module will not be active and you will see the message shown in the image below. 

 

Email service is set up during the going live process (if your website package includes email service). "Going live" is the process of setting your site "live" on your own domain name. If you have activated your site subscription and are ready to go live you can submit your request here

If your website is live on your domain name, but you have you liveBooks domain name email service with another provider the email module won't be active and you will see the image below. 

 

You can contact the Support Team if you wish to move your email service to liveBooks. 

Please note: when changing email providers you must back up your emails on the domain before requesting the change. To learn more about how to back up your emails please click here.
