Why I am getting a certificate error when I launch my email application? *** This post and feature is only applicable for users who created a liveBooks account before 08.06.2015

You might receive this error if "SSL" is turned on within your email application.

Check your email settings using the guide below for the type of email account you have set up. You will need to turn off both incoming & outgoing SSL settings.

Many clients find our tutorial videos on email setup to be helpful.

If you have specific questions or experience any issues along the way please feel free to contact the Support Team directly.
