How do I add an authorized user on my account with liveBooks?

You should contact liveBooks Support to add someone as an authorized contact on your account with liveBooks.
Please generate a online support request with that person's information (first and last name, email address and phone number) so that we can add them to your account.
A contact person added to your account becomes and authorized user of the account giving them the same rights you have in terms of contacting us to discuss your account, request changes, add or remove services, etc. Contacts have the authorization approve credit card charges as well.

Please note that this is different from adding someone as a user in your editSuite, which allows them access to your editSuite and which you control via your editSuite.
