Why have only my Livebooks email email accounts stopped working since upgrading to Yosemite? *** This post and feature is only applicable for users who created a liveBooks account before 08.06.2015

This seems to be an issue caused by the OS X upgrade. Here are some settings that we tested and worked with the new OS X: 

Please change the incoming and outgoing servers to SSL enabled and set the ports 993 and 465. Then please uncheck the "Automatically detect and maintain account settings" feature. 

After that please remove all emails from your liveBooks email outbox and restart Apple Mail.
